With a Bachelors in Food Science & Masters in Nutrition, I am able to guide and teach you how to incorporate healthy eating habits to your everyday.
None of this needs to be hard. Not the Gym. Not the Kitchen. This is a lot easier than you think. Our goal is that after your training session you learned a thing or two. Eventually all these pieces of knowledge add up and you gain the confidence to train on your own!

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting my program to the needs of my new clients.
